Which carriers do you use to ship?

We use USPS for both domestic and international orders.

How can I track my order? 

Tracking will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.  If you do not see any movement or updates on your tracking please email customer service at contact@glogangworldwide.store

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

For Domestic Orders: Once your order is dispatched it typically takes an estimated 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.  Holidays/weekends are not included in transit time.

For International Orders: Once your order is dispatched it typically takes 7-15 business days to deliver.  Customs may delay the delivery of your order up to 20 business days.

Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers and does not include order processing time. Weekends, Holidays, Customs, and Weather conditions may delay the delivery of your order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If your package is returned back to GloGang due to an undeliverable address, we will issue a credit for the amount of the items only. A reshipping fee will be applied if you request a reshipment, we will not deliver to the address listed in your original order. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged shipments.

Shipment Refusal

If you refuse a shipment from GloGang Worldwide, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to GloGang Worldwide. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.
